Really Bad Headache and Flem Stuck in Throat?

any suggestions on what to do ....i have tried mucinex and have been drinkin water with it and it seems to have been doing nothing...ive also tried to gargle with salt water...nothing

the mucinex twice daily and lots, lots of water are the best solutions. A humidifier in your bedroom also makes a huge difference, and wearing a breathright strip will help with the headaches.
Take a hot ..hot.. shower and make some hot green tea works good.
