Plastic Sugery...?

I'm thinking about uping my A's to C's, and I was looking for other's thoughts on them. Especially any girls who've had them done.Plastic Sugery...?
If you have a small frame then don't go to C's, it's probably going to look awkward. Go to like, B's.
Why, it so much pain,
get self esteem instead....why should you care what another thinks !
