OR Nurse at UCI Medical Center?

Does anybody know if you have to have 6 months of experience of working in an acute area before working at UCI medical center as a OR nurse?OR Nurse at UCI Medical Center?
I am not familiar with that facility, but there are others in which you no longer need the prior experience.

Don't know about UCI in particular but sometimes they will accept new grads into the OR/PACU but the training is generally 6-12 months minimum. Of course if you have a solid med-surg background for a year or more, you can generally transfer into their training program.
