Okay i have another question about my doctor's instructions?

my cousin who has always been thin due to fast metabloism i guess, well i was chunky but mostly in my thighs but now i weigh just like she does and my doctor is going to see me EVERY week making sure until i gain like 12 pounds back. the thing is i lost it too quickly, but why doesn't the doctor tell my cousin to gain weight we are the same size and pounds. what's healthy to eat?Okay i have another question about my doctor's instructions?
This makes no damn sense.
Although you and your cousin are "the same size" doesnt mean that it is healthy for both of you. This is why your doctor wants you to gain a few pounds. There are a lot of factors that contribute. Your health, body size and height. Be safe and listen to your doctor. Best wishes!
Because you've recently had a significant wieight loss, and he wants to make sure it doesn't have another cause, or continue at this rate.
Sounds like your cousin is naturally this size, and not as a result of rapid weight loss.
You are the patient. He or she is concerned that you lost weight as rapidly as you did. There could be many underlying factors involved. Listen to him or her and follow instructions you are given. As far as what to eat follow what the Dr. told you to eat and the number of times he or she told you to eat. If you have questions call him or her. Only you know what your food likes or dislikes are. As the Dr. questioned and has an idea of am sure. Your Dr. can only provide the best treatment for you with accurate information. That is your responsibility to provide him or her with that information. Good luck.
