I was on crutches for a while almost a year ago, and one of my legs got relaly strong, and now its much skinnier and fit than the other leg. I tried to lift weights using just the fat lef, but its hurting my ankle, and not working like at all. Is there some kind of exercize i can do, or foods/vitamins i can take in order to spread my weight out bette?One leg is fatter than the other?
My one friend has got the same problem after she had her knee operation,you see the thing is that your one leg is fatter than the other meaning if you work out the skinny one more to get it stronger you will end up with more muscle than the fatter one,remember that your skinny leg has got no or little fat than the other and that you also have to get rid of the fat in the other leg to get both legs the same thickness,to succeed you would have to monitor both legs very carefully,firstly you should get "glucosamine" wich will help your ankle on the weak leg,this supplement will sort out the problem and get your joints working great in no time,secondly you should ride a bycicle as this is a great exercise to get the same workout on both legs,by cycling the weak leg will get stronger and bigger and the fat one will burn of more fat and hopefully you will be left with goodlooking legs in no time.....hope this info helped you!!
