My throat burns when i swollow, and i keep coughing up flem....?

about two weeks ago i was sick too and then it FINALLY went away, and then i was at a basketball game cheering and all the sudden some flem came up and now i have a horrible cough and flem keeps coming up and my throat burns and my chest hurts a little too...what could this be? a chest cold? im not really sureMy throat burns when i swollow, and i keep coughing up flem....?
Most likely a cold - if so, antibiotics will NOT help. If it is a bacterial infection (not a cold) antibiotics will help. Boost your immune system and it will clear up faster.

If you have pain in your chest too it could be pneumonia or pleurisy [which is a complication of pneumonia]. this is accompanied with pain when breathing, and extreme pain when coughing. If you suspect you have pneumonia or pleurisy, you should contact your Doctor or local Gp [general practionEr] which will refer you to the hospital for a chest x-ray to check nothing is wrong. =)
It's most probably just a cold. if it doesn't go better within 5 days, or it goes worse suddenly, go to your doctor.

It could be a chest cold but I would check with the dr to be on the safe side.

Well my troat pains whenever i get fever and when i have cough the flum keeps coming so u must see a doctor it must be a fever and a cough...
