I play a sports like badminton , tennis and table tennis at competetive levels using my right hand and as result my arms are very unequal in strength. At the gym my left hand gets tired when my right hand is barely started. How can i fix this?My right and left hand do not have equal strength cause of me playing raquet sports. How can i fix this?
I have a similar problem that i see when lifting. my left arm is a lot smaller than my right and i cannot do nearly the amount of work. My trainer said that it is somewhat normal unless you start off training equally with both arms. So in your case where you only use your right arm that didnt happen. So basically what he said to do was start lifting weights normally and then after do some extra with that weak arm. or if you dont lift at all than work out with the weak arm. If its a certain muscle that you know you want bigger, you can concentrate on that by using a stress ball or dumb bells etc. but you basically need to just work a little more on that weak arm. I would suggest you buy the equipment yourself instead of going to the gym because it does seems like something that you need a minimum of "stuff" for but you may be using for a long period of time. So it will be more cost efficient if you buy the stuff.
try playing your sports with your weak hand for a while to build up the muscle
use ur left hand instead of ur right when u masturbate nah just joking u can buy this triangle thing where the bottom is a spring and just use it or a stress ball
