but you had to expect that

there's nothing you can do...
it's just nature taking its course...a weird course...but hell...
unless you're just gaining weight overall...and they're becoming "fat boobs"

Talk to a doctor? Get a checkup? If nothings wrong try a breast reduction (esp if its killing your back)
Your breast goes through a phase like this after I had my child my breast became a 38DD, and I am 5'3, 130 lbs. it will stop try not to eat starches and caffeine plus exercises and eat right it will be okay, I love mine?
