My sleep scedule is totally off!?

i'm a 'teenager' just to say! But i end up asleep at 2 AM and waking up at 8:00, and then having to go to school at 8:15, basically sleeping through morning lessons, before my hyper streak from 12:00 until 8:00 PM. ITS CONFUZZLING!My sleep scedule is totally off!?
try do something to realy make you tiered before you go to bed and that will make you sleep have a hot dring of horlicks
try to get up at 6 am for a week and I think by the end of the week you'll be happy to be in bed by 11pm...
yes i understand you cause i work and study 5 day a week and the week--end study so...

The best thing would be to go to bed at exactly the same time each night. This means that you will train your body into a particular sleep pattern just as a baby or younger child knows.
You could also try getting up earlier as a previous answer suggested. Then you would force your body into sleeping earlier. I tried this and it seemed to work for me. I was falling asleep at 1am, waking at 7.30am and then feeling like rubbish for the rest of the day. I then started getting up at 5.30 and I soon went to bed earlier.
Either that or speak with a doctor. If you are stressed or somethig similar then you'll probably be better off doing this.
