My shoulder hurts so bad all of a sudden!!!!! help!!!!?

all of a sudden my shoulder started hurting bad. NOw it hurts so bad i cant breathe good. help! i have a sinus infection could that be why?My shoulder hurts so bad all of a sudden!!!!! help!!!!?
If you didn't do anything to hurt it, It could be effects of flu or a bad cold. If it hurts to breathe, it may be that the pain is in your ribs or you may have pneumonia. Pain can fool you. sometimes the problem could be inside, but If that has never happened before, your mind can't distinguish where it really is coming from. I think you should see a real doctor. They should check temperature to see if you have an infection ir just a virus that no one can do anything about except rest and something for pain and fever. Watch the fever . If you are young, that could cause permanent damage. If you are school age, see your teacher or school nurse.
Either it's the left and a heart attack or your a hypochondriac.
you may have some kind of arthritis, winter can bring it on fast, even if your young. call your doctor and make an appoitment (or go to the ER if it keeps interfereing with your breathing). Try some extra strength tylenol or something of that sort to help with the pain.
