My right eye has been twiching for two weeks, what is wrong?

I have changed my contacts. I have just worn my glasses, but it is still happening. It happens all day long, not just when I am tired. Anyone have any suggestion.My right eye has been twiching for two weeks, what is wrong?
I have that happen to me on and off, my dr said it's Bell's palsy you can look it up online. It came all of a sudden,my left eye began to twich on and off several times a day,dr gave me steroids to take for 3 days but I don't like to take anything like that so I didn't, I haven't had it for a while though.
Its caused by stress
unstress yourself
being on the computer too long or looking at a screen may be the cause... try to avoid tv's and computer screens for awhile it happens to me if i watch TV for over an hour im kinda prone to them
