Try Sudafed, a decongestant. Use a hair blower to dry your ears after showering or swimming.
See a doctor if the condition persists.
I know someone who had the exact same problem. If you are using earbuds, one of the tips might have come loose inside of your ear, or parts of different earbud tips might have come loose over time.
My friend was unaware of it untill he went for a swim and it felt as if the water wouldn't come out. He went to the doctor and the earbud tip was removed.
My advice is see a doctor as soon as possible.
p.s. look for something called waxol or tropex, they are eardrops that soften earwax and makes it easier for you to remove it.
