My dad sometimes have high fever and his hands and body feels like a balloon??

This is the best way my dad could discribe it, he says its undescribable feeling. Please Tell us what this is or whats happening.My dad sometimes have high fever and his hands and body feels like a balloon??
how long has this been going on and how often has this happened?
is he having swelling with this balloon feeling and fever?
is he an alcoholic or on any medications or had a medication change reciently?
Take his temperature.. if it is above normal.. which is anything higher than 98.6 degrees.... if it is over 101 degrees... he needs to go right away and been seen by a Dr right away... the pressure he feels will continue with the rise in temperature.. and it can lead to damage
get going.. and take all his medications with you... if he can't get himself there.. call 911
I'm not a doctor but it could be an infection requiring anti-biotics. Suggest he see a doctor. You never know; it could be fatal.
